It started on a warm winter Dallas evening in 2018. John and Jorge, two friends and former colleagues along with their families, were celebrating the success of their prior venture. While others may choose to linger in a celebratory haze, John and Jorge, that same night, conceived the idea of creating a cybersecurity managed service that leveraged the exceptional talent found in Monterrey, Mexico. Jorge called his trusted childhood friend, Carlos, knowing he would be direct in his feedback. Carlos not only endorsed the venture, he wanted in and was welcomed as the third co-founder.
